Shulammite Ayobami Ilebiyi serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Nigeria Computer Society. She can best be described as an astute techie finance professional and certified chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience in financial strategy, management information system, internal audit, financial management, and reporting in the financial services, micro finance and banking industries. In the course of her career in database management, finance, accounting, and auditing she established her knowledge of State and Federal Statutory obligations for companies and employees as well as gathered skills in audit administration, business transformation, strategy development, policy formulation, and process improvement for effective financial control. She currently works as an Internal Auditor with Fidelity Bank Plc, where she is using her mix of academic and professional experience to advocate for audit recognition and value offering.
Shulammite holds BSc Degrees in Computer Science and Applied Accounting and a Masters’ degree in financial Management from Heriot-watt University, United Kingdom. She serves as a Member of Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria and Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
